This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Docdrift, including members you invite, the agents and AI assistants you connect, and anyone who visits a public Docdrift Verified page. "We" means Un martes a las 10 am, S.A. de C.V., the company that operates Docdrift.
1. Only connect what you're allowed to connect
- Connect only repositories, documents, Notion pages, Google Docs and websites that you own or have permission to use with Docdrift.
- Invite only people you work with, to email addresses they gave you for that purpose.
- Don't use Docdrift to process special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric or financial account data) in your docs, requests or questions. Docdrift is built to read code and product documentation, not to store that kind of data.
2. Don't break the law or other people's rights
- Don't use Docdrift for anything illegal, including infringing intellectual property, violating privacy laws or breaching export controls or sanctions.
- Don't upload or write content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or defamatory, in Docdrift Docs, requests, notes, questions or profile reports.
3. Don't attack or overload Docdrift
- Don't probe, scan or test the security of Docdrift except as allowed by our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Don't try to access another workspace, another person's account or data you aren't allowed to see.
- Don't connect or upload content that is designed to exploit, crash or escape our analysis systems, or to manipulate Docdrift's AI into harming other users.
- Don't send traffic meant to disrupt Docdrift, and don't get around rate limits or technical limits.
- Don't reverse engineer Docdrift, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
4. Play fair with plans and limits
- Don't create extra accounts or workspaces to get more free usage or repeat the Team trial. Each person can own one workspace on the Free plan.
- Don't share one account among several people. Each person uses their own login.
- Don't resell or give access to Docdrift to third parties outside your workspace without our written permission.
- Don't create accounts with automated tools.
5. Agent tokens and AI assistants
- Keep agent tokens secret. Don't commit them to repositories or share them outside your workspace. If a token leaks, revoke it in Docdrift.
- Use tokens and connected assistants only for the project and the person they belong to, and not to scrape or copy Docdrift data at scale.
6. Docdrift Verified
- Publish a Verified page only for a product and a website that you control.
- Don't use someone else's name, brand or product on your page.
- Don't try to fool verification, for example by showing DocdriftBot a different page than your visitors see.
- Don't use a Verified page or badge to claim anything the page doesn't say. The badge means Docdrift checked the facts on the page; it doesn't mean Docdrift endorses your product.
- Use
Report this profileonly in good faith.
7. What we do if this policy is broken
We may remove content, revoke a Verified page, revoke tokens or assistant connections, limit features, or suspend or close the account or workspace involved. We act in proportion to the problem and, when we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. We may act right away when there's a security risk, a legal obligation or harm to other users.
8. Reporting abuse
To report a Verified page, use Report this profile on the page. For anything else, email [email protected]. Report security issues as described in our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
