What you get

What changes for you.

Requests with a what, a why and up to five criteria.

Checked against the code before they reach you. You accept or edit them; nobody tells you how to build it.

A technical annex for your agent.

Verified files and symbols, ready to paste into Claude Code, Cursor or Codex.

You answer first.

You respond criterion by criterion before the founder sees the verdict.

One comment per pull request.

Only for high-confidence findings, updated in place. Settled stays settled.

For your agent

Your agent checks Docdrift before it deletes anything.

An MCP server for your agent and hooks that run check_change before it writes, for Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. If something protected is about to be removed or duplicated, the agent stops. Hooks and check_change are on Solo and Team.

Claude Code · hookExample
          claude › Delete src/routes/export.ts
docdrift ✖ Blocked. This removes http:GET /api/export, a protected
entry point of Export to CSV. Restore it, or mark it
           "Removed on purpose" in Docdrift.

Questions

Questions developers ask about being invited.

Will it measure me or rank me?

No. Docdrift never evaluates, ranks or reports on people. There's no metric or view by person.

Can it push code or merge?

No. The base app reads code, publishes a check and posts one comment per pull request. Writing lives in a separate app, Docdrift Write, installed only if you turn it on.

Do you store my code?

No. Docdrift reads it in memory during analysis and deletes it when the job ends.

Do I need to pay?

No. Your client's Team plan includes up to 10 members with no per-seat price.
